2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a gi222 account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which access to gi222 is not prohibited by applicable law; (c) not be an employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee of gi222 or any of its affiliated entities or game suppliers; and (d) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering a gi222 account you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number, which will serve as your account identifier and primary contact point.
• A secure account password of at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
• Your date of birth for age verification purposes. gi222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• Any other information that gi222 may request for KYC compliance purposes, including government-issued identification where required.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one gi222 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gi222 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings and may permanently ban the individual from the platform. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact gi222 support immediately.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

gi222 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. Where any conflict exists between a specific bonus promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general wagering requirements apply to all gi222 bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual bonus offer before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Only bets placed on games that contribute to wagering requirements count toward clearing a bonus. gi222 publishes game contribution percentages for each bonus offer. Casino table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all for certain bonuses.
• gi222 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withdraw bonus credits if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited a bonus offer or promotion in bad faith, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play to meet wagering requirements artificially.

4.3 Welcome Bonus

The gi222 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility is limited to one welcome bonus per player, per household and per device. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held a gi222 account that was closed, suspended or otherwise terminated. 6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using gi222 you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on gi222 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban:

• Opening or operating more than one gi222 account, or assisting another person to open a duplicate account, with the intent of circumventing account restrictions or obtaining multiple bonus entitlements.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other automated systems to place bets, interact with games or exploit any feature of the gi222 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event on which bets are offered on gi222, or placing bets while in possession of insider information about an event's outcome.
• Using the gi222 platform to launder funds derived from any unlawful activity, or depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft or other criminal means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, circumvent security systems, exploit technical errors or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the gi222 platform or any game offered on it.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your gi222 account credentials to any third party, or allowing another person to operate your gi222 account on your behalf.

gi222 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. gi222's determination following investigation is final. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities forfeit all funds held in their gi222 account at the time of suspension.

8. Intellectual Property and Liability

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on gi222.club — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and the gi222 brand identity — is the property of gi222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on gi222.club without the prior written consent of gi222.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gi222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gi222 platform or any of its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings attributable to platform downtime, or damage to your device arising from accessing gi222.club. gi222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their gi222 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino and live casino games on gi222 are provided by independent third-party suppliers. gi222 acts as a platform distributor for these games and does not control the underlying game software. While gi222 works only with established and reputable game providers, gi222 cannot be held responsible for technical errors, disconnections or other malfunctions originating within third-party game software. 10. Amendments, Disputes and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to Terms

Changes take effect from the date published on gi222.club. Your continued use of gi222 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you remain dissatisfied after gi222 has issued its final decision on a complaint, you may request that the matter be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. gi222's decision on sports betting outcomes, bonus eligibility and account activity is final in the absence of a demonstrable technical error.
